This course is designed to train you to become a competent manual tester and automation engineer. In this 6-week course, our instructor will work closely with you on these topics:

Front-end testing: which focuses on the application’s user interface
Back-end testing: which exercises the business logic, database structure, and other parts of the application that don’t show directly to users

Security testing: to ensure that the bad guys can’t access the system or exploit vulnerabilities
Accessibility testing:to make sure that everyone can use the software
How to develop software automation scripts with Java or C# using tools like Selenium, Specflow, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman, and many more
API automation
Lesson 1:
Software development lifecycle. Software development fundamentals. Different types of software development methodologies, programming languages, and testing tools.
Lesson 2: Get started with Functional Testing. Introduction to testing tools like Jenkins, TestNg, Maven, Cucumber, specflow, Junit, etc.
Lesson 3: Test and monitor your applications through Non-functional and API Testing
This phase will enable you to create a test plan, run test cases, analyze them, perform test execution, and monitor application performance using JMeter and Postman.
Lesson 4: Automation Test Engineer Capstone
Automation test engineer Capstone project provides you with hands-on working experience — the objective being to develop automation scripts to test an application end to end and run them through a CI/CD pipeline.
